Ginger Lemony Garlic Honey Candy!

Ginger, a staple in my home. A long with garlic, green tea, and turmeric! With my fermented garlic-lemon-ginger honey I posted in my past entry, “Fermented Ginger, Lemon, and Garlic Honey”, I made some nice ginger candy. I boiled ginger slices in water for 10 minutes and drained, doing this twice (I drank the tea! 😀 ). I added the ginger honey to the slices and brought it to a boil, then reduced to a simmer for 20 minutes. Then, I placed the slices on a rack and allow them to dry. Sprinkle organic powdered sugar or herbal powder. These were delicious!
