I’ve never had mustard greens before, but the spicy flavor goes great in a salad with apples, carrots, dandelion leaves, tomatoes, olives, fruit vinaigrette, and gorgonzola cheese~
You can use any fruit vinaigrette you’d like, I used raspberry here. Apple works too! Even peanut dressing if you want an Asian kick!
