Basmati Rice w/ Veggie Stir Fry



I am going back to school in three more weeks, so I have decided to eat more veggies and fruit to really clean out my system. I have made a delicious veggie stir fry with basmati rice. Basmati rice is very beneficial for blood type AB but neutral for blood type, which is me. So, majority of this dish was the veggies that are beneficial or neutral to blood type O, according to the Dr. D’ Adamo list. Here’s the recipe below:

1 bundle of  tuscan kale

1 bundle of dandelion greens

2 celery stalks

1 pack purple cabbage

1 onion 1 cup olive oil

1 tbs ghee

2 peppers

3 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons turmeric

2 tablespoons oregano

2 tablespoons curry powder

1/2 tsp salt


Clean the veggies and remove the stems and seeds if needed. Chop up the garlic and onion, sautee with the olive oil, seasonings, and ghee on medium heat. Add remaining chopped veggies and sautee for 10 minutes. Cook the basmati rice and add to the sauteed veggies and enjoy! 🙂
